Banquet info for 25 guests or more:

Please read in entirety as this will answer most of your questions and so that you understand all of our policies.

Banquet Instructions and pricing:

• All Events must fall within our open hours of 5 to 9:30 7 days a week.
• We offer a private dining room that will fit up to 80 guests.
• We offer Buffet style parties for a minimum of 25 ADULT guests. (PARTIES UNDER 25 GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED AT A DIFFERENT RATE)
• Kids 12 and under pricing does not apply until you have at least 25 adult guests.
• Head count will need to be provided 1 week before the event and you will be charged for that number of guests no less. If more guests are at party you will be charged for added guests.

For parties of 25 guests or more we charge:

• $50 fee for the room.
• $22.95 per adult guest (certain dates including the month of December and wedding receptions may be charged differently and no wedding ceremonies are allowed on premises)
• Kids 12 and under are charged $12.95.
• Children under 2 years old are free.

We supply Black Table cloths and candles for decor. We allow 3 hours for each event, if you exceed 3 hours we charge $79.00 per hour.

Soft drinks, lemonade and iced tea are included. Coffee, Juices, Milk and hot tea are an extra charge.

Included for the buffet are 2 meat choices and 1 non meat choice which you can pick from our menu on our website www.romancucina.com (some restrictions apply to menu choices and may require increase in price per guest) the most popular choices are Lasagna Bolognese, Pasta Alfredo with Chicken Breast and Pasta Ala Checca.

Also on the buffet is salad which has romaine lettuce with cucumber and red onion tossed in our homemade Italian Vinaigrette. Oven baked Italian Bread will be brought to your table as guests take their seats.

For dessert single serving Cannolis, which are sweet cream filled pastry shells, topped with chocolate chips and powdered sugar will be passed out family style.

We have 4 large TVs which can simultaneously play a video through your device that has a hdmi port. It MUST have an hdmi input, and we suggest testing your device ahead of time.
Also we have a microphone and Bluetooth speaker you can use to play your own music.

We add 20% gratuity and tax to the entire bill for service.

If you want to purchase alcohol we have a few payment methods for you or our servers can charge each guest individually. We offer Cocktails, Martinis, Beer and Wine. Some guests allow an open bar tab. Some limit alcohol beverages, or have pre selected items from the menu only. No alcohol can be brought in to the restaurant from other sources due to Liquor license regulations.

If you choose to decorate all items must be approved by management. No Glitter, no Confetti, no hanging of items from chandeliers and no thumb tacking of objects to wall, no glue or heavy tapes. Added Candles must be approved by management as well. Votive candles and open flames are not allowed. No DJs or live music are allowed.

If you would like to book your party we will need a $99.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit to hold your date and this will be subtracted from your final bill. We do this over the phone on a credit card and this card will be used to charge for any damages incurred to the room or any guests tabs that may have not closed their tabs. Until a deposit is received no date is secured.

The final bill must be paid by 1 party although we can separate alcohol. The main bill will not be separated. The bill must be paid in full by the end of your event. Any nightly specials, discount offers do not apply to banquet room parties. We are not responsible for any property left behind. Also gift certificates cannot be used to pay for banquets.

When we receive your deposit we understand that you have read, understood and agree to all of the above.

Party prices can be subject to change when booked 6 months or more before event.
